Abstract

The right to privacy is one of the most important human rights in modern societies, as it has developed in recent decades, and the area of interest in it has expanded and voices have increased, not only about codifying and giving it constitutional legitimacy, but also about requesting legal and legitimate means to ensure its application, due to the importance it enjoys at the international levels by virtue of the fact that most of its sources have become an international and internal nature as a constitutional subject within which laws are separated The development of human rights and the increase in interest in them is mainly due to the upgrading of the status of the individual under the rules of positive legal sources, the emergence of international rules to protect human rights, and the strengthening of regulatory bodies, and to the extent that they are related to the individual, their importance increases, as it is the main axis for which it was decided and the main goal  Which seeks to develop its existence and raise its material and moral level by achieving protection and respect for human dignity Personal rights are one of the most important human rights because of their strong attachment to the individual and their reliance on the subject of ties between the individual and the state. Rather, any attack and threat to other rights is a violation of them in the first place, and these rights vary in multiplicity Aspects of a person's life are varied by virtue of their function in society and are affected by the renewal of their constant needs and requirements, and are more clearly reflected and more precisely embodied in the right to respect for private life or the right to privacy.
