Abstract

The International and national mechanisms and efforts concerned with protecting the rights of foreigners, including those related to the treatment of foreigners, there is a great diversity in the ways, mechanisms and efforts related to global and national protection to guarantee the rights of foreigners at the international and national level. Perhaps this diversity is due to several factors, the most important of which is the diversity of violations of human rights themselves, including the right of foreigners. There are breaches that are more severe, widespread and systematic than others. There are violations that come from the advancement and development of the means of science and technology, especially the ongoing developments in the fields of informatics and genetic and genetic engineering, which undoubtedly require control by the law in order not to become one of the most sources of threat to human rights and fundamental freedoms, including with regard to the rights of foreigners. In any case, the majority of global and national mechanisms and efforts related to dealing with foreigners and ensuring their rights are to deal with them with humane treatment.
