Abstract

Social networking sites are considered the most widespread on the Internet, because of their characteristics that distinguish them from websites, which encouraged Internet surfers to increase their demand, and it is one of the most important things that broke into the daily life of individuals, until it became an integral part of the necessary human needs, because of its effective return in facilitating the life of the individual in particular, Despite the positives of social networking sites, the bad use of these networks is one of the most important negatives arising from them, as these networks have become a place for spreading rumors, insults and slander, and violating the private lives of individuals, and many harmful practices, which are helped by the lack of controls governing the use of social networking sites.
