Abstract

ICTs are linked to the evolution of societies, due to their rapid development and spread, and in both developing and developed countries, and is even more important for developing countries to make them more developed societies and more stimulating economic growth. With the advent and development of the Internet, this led to the rapid technical development of information and communication technology, which resulted in a rapid development in the global economy, and a qualitative shift in government transactions and activities to shift from the traditional form to the electronic form. Many important economic electronic applications and others have spread, such as e-commerce, e-government and other social networking sites. The field of information and communication has expanded to include all fields of human activity, and the production of information has become an industry that has become a large market called the information age. This affected investment due to the ease of trade and economic exchange, investment support and the best results for investors.
