Abstract

The civil liability derives its strength and value from the documentation and the notary, and this importance is related to the fact that it relates to the conclusion of contracts between contractors parties and preserving the professional secret during writing and not to divulge secrets This responsibility takes several forms, as it is considered liability and confiscated from the personal act or emanating from the act of others It is clear to the legal researcher that there are differences between the contractual liability system and the liability for the harmful act, whether in terms of its basis, nature or function, which justifies the existence of the two existing systems within the framework of that civil liability, whether the matter relates to one of the two.
