The impact of artificial intelligence on economic development "- an analytical study and applied to the industrial sector

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution, led by artificial intelligence technology – and its aftermath of the Fifth Industrial Revolution – has brought about a radical change not only in the productive economic sectors, but also profoundly affects the way people live, in terms of their consumption behavior, employment structure and wages. Production was also characterized by accuracy and speed, which led to increased productivity and breadth and improved the quality and price of products. The researcher also explains the impact on the entire economy vertically and horizontally; and the long-term gains it may result in education, raising the level of competence, arming with the necessary skills and other gains that the researcher will address, explaining also the challenges that may create. During his research trip, the researcher explains this impact on economic development in developed and developing countries with a broad vision. In particular on some economic sectors, and what Egypt should do in this regard, to benefit from industrial revolutions in general and artificial intelligence in particular, and given the previous importance, the researcher chose this topic to be his main research point.
