Abstract

This research includes the effects of the electronic insurance contract, although these effects do not differ according to the form in which the contents of the contract are emptied, in the event that it is prepared in a normal or electronic way.
Therefore, it includes those effects for the insured and the insured, which result from the contracting process and are originally linked in terms of form and content to the terms of the contract that are binding on both parties. However, in the field of electronic insurance, the researcher believes that before expanding the scope of dealing with it as a form of integration in information technology and increasing the intensity of competition between insurance companies and expanding the implementation of insurance operations electronically, such that this must be done on the basis of a base of specialized knowledge in information technology and systems In modern cases, including the parties to the insurance contract in particular, the researcher also recommends the necessity of serious attempts to eliminate the concomitant effects of electronic activities and businesses, whether these risks are directly related to confidentiality or cyber penetration of all insurance operations from beginning to end, as it is required in all of these matters to achieve a kind of security for all of these the parties
