Determination of arbitral procedures by the Arbitral Tribunal for Nuclear Contract Disputes

Abstract

Arbitration procedures are of great importance to the success or failure of the arbitration system, and it is not an exaggeration to consider these procedures as the backbone that evaluates the arbitration system, and it is the fence that ensures its legitimacy and the proper observance of these procedures will lead to a recognizable arbitration award It shall be determined by national legislation, international conventions and the regulations of permanent arbitration centers, which necessitates the need to take into account these matters, otherwise the violation of these procedures shall result in the invalidity of the judgment and the refusal to recognize and implement it. The study of the procedural rules governing arbitration litigation proceedings is a fundamental issue in the philosophy of commercial arbitration.
