The science of criminal investigation has become of great importance in the present era, as it receives special attention in the field of organization and the judiciary, given its remarkable impact on human rights and fundamental freedoms on the one hand, and the security of society on the other. Criminal investigation procedures aim to uncover the truth of the crime and arrest the perpetrators in order to establish security and stability in society and achieve justice among its members. Hence, comparative criminal procedure laws have traditionally assigned the authority of investigation to certain bodies that are supposed to have sufficient knowledge and knowledge of the seriousness of investigative procedures and their implications for the individual and the group.
