Abstract

This study, tagged with international legislative mechanisms for the application of international humanitarian law and the prosecution of its crimes, revolves around the effectiveness and effectiveness of international legislative tools and mechanisms for the application of international humanitarian law, and the prosecution of crimes.  However, man has been renewing the methods of international law and granting it broader powers and more firm and decisive controls to keep pace with the crimes that have spread and flowed among the folds of society in this globe in the hope that they will bear fruit.
