Abstract

The legal importance in describing terrorism in general, and electronic terrorism in particular, as an international crime, is based on the possibility of prosecuting the perpetrators of a terrorist act for their individual criminal responsibility before an international court, and in the absence of an international court competent to consider terrorism crimes as an international crime, the terrorist act falls under the jurisdiction of the International Court under legal descriptions other than terrorism.
