Abstract

Man has known since ancient times migration in his solution and travel, through his quest to obtain a living for him and his family members, and it was in the form of groups in order to preserve the offspring, species and human entity, and in the modern era with the emergence of the idea of the state by drawing borders between countries, and the emergence of the idea of the sovereignty of the state over its territory, entry into the state that is in violation of the laws in force in the state has become illegal, whether land, sea or air. That is, in violation of the legal requirements of the receiving countries, which provide for certain procedures and conditions; Including visa.
