The study aimed to identify the parol system and conditional release as means of punitive individualization a comparative study, the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach were used, the study dealt with the first section of executive individualization through the first requirement: executive individualization through punitive treatment. The second requirement: the models of executive individualization and then the second section stop pronouncing the penalty in French legislation through the first requirement: mitigating judicial circumstances and the second requirement: stop the pronouncement of the penalty.
