Abstract

Acts of assault on honor vary, up to full sexual practice in some crimes such as rape and adultery, and may not reach this extent in other crimes such as crimes of indecent assault. All these acts have a common characteristic, the sexual character of the act, and this sexual characteristic of the act has a broad meaning, as it includes natural and unnatural sexual acts aimed at achieving full sexual satisfaction, as well as other acts leading to sexual intercourse.
