Abstract

The work of the doctor is for the most honorable business, as the medical profession is an ethical profession, a profession as old as man, and it was associated at its beginning with the work of witchcraft, charlatanism and sorcery, in ancient times and primitive societies, and then began to progress and develop little by little, a profession that is distinguished from many other professions as it is related to the human body, which is not permissible to be exposed to,  All laws guaranteed him the right to the integrity of his body, and forbade touching him except for necessity, so the medical profession had privacy and distinction. In view of the tremendous and remarkable development in the field of medicine and the spread of modern inventions, this has been accompanied by the development and expansion of the responsibility of doctors, These modern devices and tools contribute significantly to facilitating and providing treatment for many diseases, which is the responsibility of the doctor to follow up on everything new in terms of methods and means of treatment, and since the doctor's work in the general hospital is tantamount to being a public employee performing service in a public facility, they can be disciplined for the mistakes they commit.
