The political dimensions of the parliamentary question in the light of parliamentary oversight (a comparative study between Kuwaiti and Egyptian law)

Abstract

The political systems in the world are based on three authorities, namely (the legislative authority - the executive authority - the judicial authority), and the constitution of each country determines the competencies of these authorities, and the organization of dealing among those authorities, in a way that ensures the protection of freedoms and public rights of individuals, and without prejudice to the principle of "separation of powers", which emerged in the middle of the eighteenth century AD, through the book "The Spirit of Laws" by the French jurist "Montesco", in 1749 AD. Since absolute power is corrupting, it was necessary to put in place some kind of control over power, and one of the types of that control The oversight carried out by the legislative authority over the work of the executive authority.
