The constitutional and administrative judges contribute to the protection of public rights and freedoms on a permanent and continuous basis, and if the State Council is the first bulwark of rights and freedoms, the Supreme Constitutional Court is the last fortress. However, the public law judge, whether the constitutional judge or the administrative judge, has a long history of protecting the right to freedom of belief through the rulings of the Supreme Constitutional Court and the judiciary and fatwas of the State Council; This research should be devoted to examining the role of the Supreme Constitutional Court and the State Council in protecting freedom of belief and extracting the most important principles approved by both judiciary with regard to freedom of belief.
