Manifestations of deviation from the general rules in the Corporate Penal Code

Abstract

Criminal law in the modern era is characterized by employing its rules to contribute to the development of society by following a legislative policy aimed at linking legislation with social and economic perceptions in society so that there is a link between these transformations and legislation. It was the emergence of criminal philosophy - which is linked to the general philosophical climate prevailing in society. As a result of the development of philosophical ideas, criminal jurisprudence began to direct attention to criminal law as a kind of investment in society, and jurisprudence recognized the criminal law as a positive role in the development of society, and the concept of the function of the penal law from protection to guidance began.
