What is evident is the value of the rule of changing the fatwa with the change of conditions and time The saying of Imam Ibn al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, this is a very useful chapter that occurred because of ignorance of it, a great mistake on the Sharia that necessitated embarrassment and hardship and the assignment of what is not possible What knows that the brilliant Sharia, which is in the highest ranks of interests, does not bring it, the Sharia is based and based on governance and the interests of the people in the pension and the return, which is all justice, and all mercy and wisdom of all, every issue is out of justice To injustice, from mercy to those against it, from interest to corrupt, from wisdom to absurdity, it is not from the Sharia even if it is introduced in which interpretation.
