What is the commitment to bank secrets

Abstract

Banks play an important role in economic life by creating and distributing credit, supporting economic projects and advancing development, and the bank, while performing these basic tasks, it relies on a set of principles and customs, the most important of which is the preservation of banking secrets, and these customs have not turned into a legal obligation to preserve those secrets.
