Criminal proceedings are the state's means of requiring punishment. Criminal litigation is in nature a procedural bond and may be encountered by permanent procedural obstacles that prevent its movement or continuation of its operation, on which its initial inadmissibility or inadmissibility is based on its subsequent use on the occurrence of the cause of termination. This assumes the availability of all the elements of the crime, the emergence of its responsibility and the entitlement to punishment for it, and then the procedural avenue for this is closed. It is related to public order and the reasons for the expiry of the criminal case can be divided into general reasons, whatever the crime brought therein, and special reasons stipulated by the street for some criminal cases for specific crimes.
