Traffic accidents and the resulting loss of human and economic cost, estimated at millions of dollars a year, are among most important phenomena facing the countries of the world. The research aims to spare the citizens and Egyptian economy the tragic costs of traffic، can achieve it by creating a new national for road safety. The research was based on the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS). And the research has resulted in several results, about 1.3 million people are killed in every year and between (20- 50), million are injured as a result of road crashes, males account for three times more than females in road crashes. Accordingly, the researcher recommended several important recommendations, including traffic regulations, especially when the driver of the vehicle and the person next to it wear their seat belts.
