Abstract

The development of terrorism as a form of violence that societies have known for a long time with the development of societies and the technological development in the means of communication and information has contributed to the development of means of terrorism and its methods so that it has become more dangerous than in the past, terrorist operations have increased as the whole world is not immune from them, Moreover, it has become a weapon used by some countries as an alternative to conventional wars in their struggle and rush to achieve their strategic interests and objectives, and is a means to achieve goals that are often political.
