Abstract

Arbitration has procedures similar to judicial procedures, but they are not subject to the legal rules to which the judiciary of the courts is subject, as well as the competent courts in some cases and stages have a supervisory authority over arbitration, and through this research will be the definition of the procedures that arbitration goes through starting from the arbitration agreement, its cases and conditions, Then introducing the arbitral tribunal, how it is formed, the conditions that must be met by the arbitrators, and the definition of the terms of reference of the arbitral tribunal. The arbitration award will be highlighted after its issuance, how it is interpreted when needed, the extent of its authenticity, and its implementation, and then the definition of the methods of appeal prescribed for arbitration awards, and the judicial control over the arbitration award.
