Abstract

Administrative litigation is one of the topics that did not receive the necessary attention from public law jurists in particular, and the reason for this may be due to the provisions of successive laws, where the degree of laws on the use of the term administrative dispute and did not use the term administrative litigation. Where the Administrative Department of the Sultanate of Oman ruled that "the administrative dispute is nothing more than a judicial litigation entrusted with the establishment of the dispute, which is its essence and its continuation between its parties, until it is decided by a reasoned judiciary that faces its factual and legal elements, is a continuation of the lawsuit itself.
