Abstract

The judicial acknowledgment and testimony is one of the most prominent evidence against which the trial judge has broad powers and powers, as the judge has the authority to monitor the issuance of the judicial acknowledgment in terms of its validity, as well as the extent to which the conditions that must be met by several judicial acknowledgments produce its legal effects, as well as the trial judge has the authority and authority to interpret the judicial declaration and adapt all statements issued by the opponent.
