Abstract

The Bot contract is one of the contracts that entail the conclusion of obligations on the party that implements the project, which is the project company, and these obligations vary and multiply in the obligations of building, construction, operation and maintenance, and the same contract and at the same time entail many rights that prove to the project company, including what is derived directly from the provisions of the contract, including what is derived from the provisions of the laws applicable in the project country, such as obtaining compensation for the contract, as well as compensation and obtaining Benefits determined by the obligor.
