Special amnesty and its impact on criminal sanctions in UAE legislation - a comparative study

Abstract

This study was conducted to monitor the effectiveness of the special amnesty and its impact on criminal sanctions in the UAE legislation, and the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted in his book this research, to monitor and analyze the special amnesty and its impact on criminal sanctions in the UAE legislation, and compare it with the Egyptian and Jordanian legislation, to show the similarities and differences between them. This study sought to identify the nature of amnesty and penal sanctions, And then distinguish the special pardon from other similar systems, as well as identify the penal effects of the special amnesty that relate to the penalty in the UAE legislation, in addition to identifying the effects of special amnesty on precautionary measures in the UAE legislation, and in the end this study provided some proposals and recommendations to enhance the role of special pardon in UAE legislation.
