Behavior and consequence in the crime of negligence.

Abstract

The breach of the employee or the person charged with his public service with the duties of his job and negligence in its performance is no longer just a disciplinary crime as it was in the past, but has become a criminal offense that entails the responsibility of the perpetrator and requires punishment against him, and this is what most modern laws went to in imposing punishment on the public employee when committing the crime of negligence in his job duties. Within the framework of the modern functions of the contemporary state, the chances of danger may multiply and the occurrence of unintentional accidents will increase scientific and technological progress.
