Abstract

The principle of separation of powers is one of the most important constitutional guarantees on which the state of law is based, as it guarantees respect for rights and guarantees for the exercise of freedoms. The principle of separation of powers means that the legislative, executive and judicial functions of the state are not concentrated in the hands of one person or one body in a way that could pose a threat to the rights and freedoms of individuals, but rather distribute them in the desire for the good functioning of the state’s interests and guarantee the freedom and freedoms of individuals and to prevent tyranny and arbitrariness among multiple bodies, each of which assumes its function independently of the other, provided that each of them has oversight over The other is within the scope conferred by the law, pursuant to the famous saying, power stops power.
