Abstract

The use of modern world technologies has led to the possibility of replacing alternatives, changing inputs, manipulating the production of products and controlling their effects, which leads to productive and financial abundance and growing profits for the product without achieving the same competencies required of the other contractor, but the uses of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in production led to the impossibility of distinguishing between products and their alternatives, whether for the average, professional or professional consumer. The commitment to the media appeared in the rulings of the French judiciary, which he discovered through the cases presented, which became clear the need and need of society to recognize this commitment to achieve information justice between the consumer and the producer, so the French judicial rulings have been weaving threads and determining the fence of commitment to the media in order to protect the consumer who does not have full knowledge of the components and combinations of goods in the face of those who have full information about the place of the contract and its effects.
