In light of the economic challenges that countries face, and the financing challenges facing national projects, I found it necessary to search for ways to treat these problems, and by searching for the most important means of treating this problem, I found that the endowment has a prominent role throughout the ages in treating this problem, by providing the necessary financing It is necessary to support the state in its obligations towards individuals and their needs, and to address most economic problems. This study comes to examine how to find abundant resources for endowment, represented by endowment funds, which represent an innovative form of endowment and effective in reviving the year of endowment and addressing community problems, by examining all permissible and emerging sources that may be a source of funding for endowment funds, and departing from the idea of continuity in relying on The idea of real estate as a single source of financing endowment funds. This study presented multiple forms of proposed and innovative sources suitable for financing endowment funds, to ensure the presence of abundant resources in their coffers that help them achieve their goals, and showed the rule of Islamic law in that and the extent to which this is compatible with the purposes of Islamic law, the jurisprudence of endowment, the reality of countries, and the need of individuals.
