Abstract

For more than fourteen centuries, Islam has taken care of the consumer, setting basic principles to protect him and therefore the state has its role in forcing people to adhere to values and morals, it is the duty of the state to transform value into law and the idea into reality, and God Almighty has said in his dear book:)) Those who if enabled on earth established prayer and paid zakat and ordered good and forbade evil)). (1) The truth of Almighty God. Therefore, the state must oblige people to adhere to these values and direct them to them and encourage them to do so, so the issue of consumer protection has become one of the most important basic duties of the state, in light of the growing danger that threatens the consumer in his money, safety and security, and many professionals only care about selling their products, which prompted some of them to follow illegal ways to make profits by providing harmful products without caring about the results.
