The problem of research lies in the fact that there are deficiencies in some legislation and laws, which need to be addressed and reconsidered, as there are still many attacks on property rights, especially with the emergence of modern technology, so copyright and other laws have become foggy and insufficient to protect property rights, especially digital ones, hence the need to research and follow up on property rights laws and how to renew them in light of the rapid global movement, With the need always for international treaties and laws to protect the digital content of the owner of copyright and neighboring rights, the research has adopted the descriptive analytical approach, which is concerned with describing the phenomenon, tracking it, developing theoretical foundations for it, and analyzing legal texts that parallel the subject of the research, in addition to using the comparative approach, by comparing the UAE law of intellectual property with the provisions of the Egyptian law of intellectual property, the research has been divided into two sections, I added them with a conclusion that included the results and recommendations.
