This study is summarized about the concept of electronic certification bodies in terms of their definition and the statement of what is meant as a guarantee for the protection of the electronic signature, as well as a statement of the technical, administrative and legal conditions that must be met by companies that request to obtain the authority to practice the profession of electronic certification, and the study is concerned with knowing the obligations that must be met These bodies must abide by it and the type of this obligation, whether it is an obligation to achieve a result or an obligation to take care, and that determining the nature of the obligation would change the burden of proof between the plaintiff and the defendant, that the obligations of the electronic certification bodies, whatever their nature, must be performed, otherwise their responsibility Civil will be realized, this responsibility may be towards the site itself and towards others as well.
