Abstract

Due to the seriousness of the emerging Corona virus epidemic, countries have taken a set of preventive measures and measures to prevent and contain it, as well as with the aim of reducing the number of cases of infection, including suspending and completing studies remotely, isolation for contacts or travelers, and temporary or permanent curfews, and even the seriousness of this pandemic has reached the point that some countries, such as Italy - the beginning of the epidemic - announced their inability to control the epidemic. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade deliberately harming Muslims, so Hudhayfah ibn Usayd (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever harms Muslims in their ways is cursed by them", and Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: They said: O Messenger of Allaah, which Muslims are good? He said: "Whoever delivers the Muslims by his tongue and hand," It was narrated from Abu Shurayh (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "By Allah does not believe, and Allah does not believe, and Allah does not believe." It was said: And who, O Messenger of Allah? He said, "He who does not secure his neighbor by his laws." Thus, Islam forbade the owners of infectious diseases from worship, for fear of harming the public and the spread of infection among people, Ibn Abi Malika reported: Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, passed by a leper woman circumambulating the house, and he said: "O Nation of God, sit in your house, and do not harm people. The majority of the countries of the world resorted to issuing decisions to impose permanent curfews for specific periods, or temporary, forcing some countries to use electronic purification, as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia resorted to using the Tawakkalna application to obtain licenses for movement for necessity. Italy declares that it has no control over the disease.
