The constitutional value of the principle of legal security in UAE and comparative legislation.

Abstract

Legal security is one of the main foundations that are relied upon in consolidating the rule of law and subjecting its public authorities to this important basis, and legal security is one of the most important goals that the law aspires to achieve, and the concept of legal security is that public authorities must work to ensure that there is reassurance in the relations between laws and also the existence of a degree of stability and stability in the various legal centers, so that legal persons can perform their roles, tasks and activities in a stable environment. Adequate reassurance, guided by the list of rules, regulations and legislation, and the adjustment of their positions within the framework of these rules without facing any surprises or unexpected actions that may be issued by public authorities that limit the level and scope of this reassurance and stability, such as the issuance of a law with retroactive effect or the failure to publish laws in a manner that constitutes the certainty of all.
