Abstract

The Iraqi banking sector witnessed in the years after the change 2003 modern developments .... As it was a banking sector characterized by crises, as is the case with all sectors of race and even all banking activity, and the crises remained even after the change inherent to all the economic situation. The problem of this research is to adjust the digital transfer of the Central Bank and try to fill the gap between the Iraqi finance and the rapid developments and changes that the countries of the modern world are going on and choose the impact of digital transformation and financial inclusion experienced by Iraq, it is one of the requirements of monetary policy followed by the Iraqi banking activity as the economic lifeline is currently the Iraqi banking system and the achievements of electronic work that contributed and contribute to the banking sectors to build infrastructure systems for electronic work to reach banks Developed countries.
