This era has witnessed tremendous developments in all fields, especially in the medical field, and scientists have reached a solution to many medical problems that had no solution in the past, what was impossible yesterday has become a possible reality. The increasing societal and international interest in human rights, including the interest in health and medical care, and the emergence of many studies and researches that clearly showed the existence of a major crisis in communication between the science of medicine with its rapid development and the science of law with its rigidity, every medical development must be paralleled by legal development, and one of the most crises that emerged is those related to medical experiments and artificial insemination.Islam has urged procreation and made the child one of the adornments of the worldly life, believing in his saying - Almighty -: - (Money and children are the adornments of the worldly life and the righteous remnants are better with your Lord as a reward and the best hope). He wanted to get married and made it a heavy covenant, and did not suppress the desire to have a child, because Allah (swt) broke the fast on people and instilled an instinct in them, and the purpose was not only to satisfy the sexual instinct, but the ultimate goal was to have offspring and rebuild the earth as Allah (swt) intended. Having children and forming a family based on affection, mercy and cooperation is something that Islam has been fortunate for society to be based on sound rules, and to make legitimate cohabitation the natural way of reproduction between couples, but pregnancy may not take place by the natural way between couples (sexual intercourse) due to the presence of reasons, such as illness or infertility in the spouses, or in one of them. This raises concern and fear of the couple and their families, and childlessness increases the couple's sense of frustration and weakness, dissipating their hopes and ambitions, and the impact of this is reflected on their married life, threatening its stability and continuity, to start a new chapter of exchanging accusations and holding each other responsible for childlessness.
