Civil liability aims at reparation by compensating the injured person, and the principle is that the compensation is equal to the amount of damage suffered by the injured person, not to increase or decrease it, with the aim of achieving justice. As a result of the importance of mobile phones, which have become an integral part of our daily lives, mobile phone companies have increased the installation of new networks in different places inside and outside cities to expand the scope of their services, and what has increased the danger of these networks is their installation on the roofs of houses and buildings. In light of the fears of these networks, as many recent scientific studies and research have confirmed, These networks emit electromagnetic waves that pose a risk to human health and the environment, mobile phone companies remain silent about their technologies, and work to hide any information about the potential damage of electromagnetic wave emissions to mobile phone networks. Where scientific studies have confirmed that human exposure to electromagnetic waves leads to the occurrence of many diseases, which are: skin and blood cancer, damage to the immune system, shortness of breath, insomnia, premature aging, miscarriage, infertility, hormonal imbalance, cardiovascular diseases, and others. Electromagnetic waves are defined as: "rays with dual properties arising from an alternating electric field and an alternating magnetic field that oscillates at the same frequency and always deliberate."
