Abstract

There is no doubt that the idea of robots equipped with artificial intelligence systems replacing humans one day amazes and scares many individuals, as many films and animations have created a vision and image of robots that will take control of humanity in the near future. Today, more than ever, the robotics industry has become one of the most promising global industries and progress in the development of its industries has become one of the criteria for measuring the progress of major industrialized countries such as the United States of America, South Korea, and Japan, all of which are pioneers in the field of robotic industries and sectors. It is currently noticeable that modern technology and artificial intelligence have affected the legal industry, as many studies were conducted, including a study on showing the extent of the impact of technology on 702 professions, and it was concluded that the legal profession and the judiciary ranked penultimate for professions and jobs that are likely to be solved or acquired by technology, and the same study indicated that judicial artificial intelligence is still in its infancy. Until the beginning of the twenty-first century, AI was limited to academia, science fiction, and some industries. Today it is everywhere. He is about to get closer to the world of law. This is because AI is often impressive, as it processes very quickly huge amounts of text and case law, which has prompted many to write many studies and articles, for example: "Robo-lawyers are about to flood the courts – it is time to reform the judicial system."
