Abstract

In this era, the world has witnessed a tremendous development in information technology, and one of the most important jurisprudential issues that have emerged in the field of transactions is blockchain technology, which is one of the most important technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution that will change the world’s economies in the coming years. This is because, by its nature, it changes the form and manner of conducting transactions, transferring assets and property, and recording and documenting them. Due to its safety, reliability, and ease; All transactions are documented in a sequential manner that does not allow forgery or modification of recorded transactions, and all individuals around the world participate in this “record.” Since documentation is of great importance, it is a great industry. As it cuts off disputes and disputes between contracting parties, and protects funds from being lost when documents are returned, a means of documentation has emerged in this era, which is: documentation via blockchain technology, which is characterized by trust, ease, security, and transparency. It also saves effort and time, and we need to Use this technology. Hence, this study came to shed light on the reality of blockchain and its characteristics, the reality of documentation and its importance, and how to document real estate registration transactions via blockchain technology.
