Abstract

This research addresses the role of technological advancements in enhancing the judicial system worldwide, with a focus on the use of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence. The research reviews multiple experiences in various countries around the world in applying artificial intelligence in judicial systems, shedding light on the potential benefits and challenges associated with this use. The research shows that artificial intelligence can significantly contribute to speeding up decision-making processes and improving the accuracy of legal analyses, leading to increased judicial efficiency. However, the research also points out potential challenges that may face the widespread application of artificial intelligence in the judiciary, such as privacy issues, discrimination, and ethical considerations. Additionally, the research provides examples of successful and failed experiments in various countries and offers valuable conclusions and recommendations to support the effective and responsible application of artificial intelligence in judicial systems.
