Prompt justice is one of the most important characteristics of the Islamic judicial system that made it occupy the highest position in achieving justice, which was unable to provide more systems and man-made laws, and this research deals with the statement of the concept of prompt justice, its importance, and its rooting in Islamic law, and also deals with the measures guaranteed by Sharia to achieve prompt justice, and then deals with electronic litigation as a contemporary mechanism of achieving prompt justice.
