Abstract

The scourge of drugs is one of the most important scourges that countries are keen to fight preventively and curatively, given its danger to society, and the financial cost borne by the state in order to treat it, hence the penal legislation in various legal systems has been keen to criminalize acts of drug use, trafficking and promotion, but in light of the information technology revolution and its control over most aspects of life at the present time, and the development of criminal methods, a new technology has emerged that finds its place in the virtual world based on broadcasting tones And musical notes of different frequencies with the intention of affecting the brain and causing effects similar to the effects of some traditional drugs or what has become known as digital or electronic drugs as an innovative means of abuse and influence the mind and senses.
