Abstract

Relations between countries are not always peaceful and friendly, they may be marred by some differences and disputes, and these differences may correspond to the dialectic of sovereignty, independence and mutual interdependence, and these differences may lead to the severance of diplomatic relations between countries, and the process of severing diplomatic relations is not linked to a special rule and the reason for this is that the state enjoys full freedom when making such a very dangerous decision and usually, the decision to cut diplomatic relations is not taken unless the state considers that its interests may It has been damaged and that there is a serious or very important reason for the severance of diplomatic relations, which has been witnessed in the international arena a lot recently.
