Abstract

The subject of intellectual property is one of the important topics that arise in domestic laws, regulated globally by the rules of international law, as its international dimension has made it the focus of attention of regional and global international organizations, especially in terms of regulation, cooperation and protection, and the resolution of disputes that may arise on them. "The establishment of the United Nations in 1945 was a new global organization aimed primarily at achieving international peace and security in all its political, security, economic, social and cultural dimensions. "To this end, the World Intellectual Property Organization was founded in 1945, which contributed to the creation of a new type of international law concerned with the protection of intellectual property in general at the global level, and before that attention to the issue was an internal national affair.
