Abstract

The personal scope of criminal responsibility for artificial intelligence errors is a matter of reviewing the criminal responsibility resulting from these errors, equal to that with regard to natural persons, as well as legal persons, so the fundamental problem of the study was embodied in the lack of a specific pattern of error in the scope of artificial intelligence, since the existing errors in the scope of responsibility are multiple, different for different people, in addition to that the problem also knocks in the case of considering the application of the provisions of criminal responsibility for artificial intelligence errors, especially If the error is issued by the legal person or artificial intelligence systems, so the aim of our study was to show the effectiveness of criminal responsibility if the error was committed by persons in general, natural and legal, and we eventually reached the application of the traditional criminal liability rules in the application to artificial intelligence systems, due to the lack of legal regulation of the provisions of criminal responsibility for artificial intelligence errors until a new regulation is implemented, equal to this in the UAE or Egyptian legislation.
