Guarantees and incentives for foreign investment in the Egyptian tourism sector: ((analytical study)).

This research includes the importance of investment in the tourism sector to revive the economies of countries and strengthen their coffers in foreign currencies while reducing unemployment rates, increasing growth rates and developing infrastructure, by explaining what guarantees foreign investment are and what are their types, with a statement of the role of Egyptian legislation in protecting and guaranteeing foreign tourism investments. The study concluded with results based on a field study conducted on a sample of workers in the Egyptian tourism sector by distributing (207) forms to investors in tourist destinations in Egypt (South Sinai - Red Sea - North Coast) and workers in tourism and hotel bodies (Chamber of Hotel Establishments - Ministry of Tourism .. etc.) in addition to experts in the field of tourism and hotel and the legislative bodies of the Tourism Committee of the People's Assembly and the Shura Council between January and March 2023, through which recommendations were reached to enhance and activate the role of investment guarantees and incentives foreign to promote the tourism industry.
