Abstract

After the world has witnessed the information and communication technology revolution and successive and rapid developments, we find the rapid growth in the field of e-commerce through websites and electronic markets and applications of those markets specialized in the display and sale of goods, and e-commerce is one of the most important practical practices in the field of information and communication technology, as it has brought about a great development in the ways of conducting commercial transactions electronically and making deals in the sale and purchase of various goods anywhere and anytime, which as a result reflects the extent of the continuous growth in the volume of e-commerce.  As a result, the global economy has begun to grow significantly due to technological progress and the increasing use of information and communication technologies in various areas of daily life, and we have come to live in what is known as the new economy, the digital economy or the knowledge economy.
